Best upgrade I've made to my desk in years

I've been through three gaming headsets in the last two years and my ears were done. Saw the G5000 on sale and figured I'd gamble since it was hundreds off retail. Zero regrets. The 88W amplifier fills my whole office, footsteps in CS2 are actually directional for once, and music sounds incredible through the wooden cabinets — warm bass, crisp highs. The RGB ring is subtle enough that my wife doesn't complain. My only nitpick is the control pod placement takes a minute to get used to, but honestly that's reaching. If you're on the fence, get them.

Sound quality is excellent for the price, especially movies. The software EQ is a bit clunky and I wish the RGB had more preset options. Still happy overall.
