Edifier M90 Powered Bookshelf Speakers – 100W RMS Bi-Amped Hi-Res Speakers with LDAC and HDMI eARC

The M90 replaced both my desk speakers and my soundbar. HDMI eARC means my TV routes straight through, LDAC makes streaming from my phone lossless, and the bi-amped 100W fills my open-plan living room effortlessly. Soundstage is wide, bass is tight, and dialogue clarity on movies is superb. Even at $97.52 on sale this feels like a thousand-dollar setup.

LDAC and eARC were the selling points and both work flawlessly. Sound is detailed and powerful with zero strain at high volume. Only quirk is that switching inputs occasionally requires a second press on the remote. Minor annoyance on an otherwise exceptional product.

Owned the R1280DBs for two years and thought they were great until I heard these. The bi-amped design gives noticeably better control at both extremes — deeper bass, airier highs. I'm in my late 40s and have owned a lot of speakers over the years; these punch way above their price bracket.

No complaints about audio — genuinely impressive detail and power. But they're larger than I expected and dominate my 55-inch desk. Had to rearrange my whole setup. Measure your space before buying.

I'm 68 and wanted to simplify my living room. HDMI eARC means one pair of speakers handles the TV, and the RCA input takes my turntable. Sound is rich and full — my son says it sounds like a proper hi-fi. Remote is large-buttoned and easy to read. Delighted.

Three weeks in and I've used every input: eARC from the TV, USB from my laptop, Bluetooth from my tablet. Everything sounds cohesive and clean. The app EQ is handy for tuning bass to my room. Knocking off a star because the standby auto-off is a bit aggressive, but that's adjustable.
