Edifier G1000 II Gaming Speakers – 2.5" Full-Range Desktop Speakers with RGB Lighting and Bluetooth 5.4

Bought these to replace my monitor speakers and honestly didn't expect much at $39.99. The sound is way fuller than I thought 2.5" drivers could be, and the RGB effects sync nicely with my battlestation vibe. Bluetooth 5.4 pairing is instant and USB-C audio sounds clean. For a small desk, these are an absolute steal.

The G1000 II sounds impressive for the price and the RGB lighting is fun without being obnoxious. Bass is decent but not earth-shaking — fine for games and casual music. Setup took literally two minutes. Docking one star only because I wish the remote-app EQ had more presets.

Got these for my 15-year-old's gaming desk and he loves them. Says the sound is crisp for Fortnite and the light effects look awesome on stream. I've listened too — much better than the cheap pair we had before. Solid build quality too.

Audio quality is genuinely good for compact speakers — clear mids, decent volume for a bedroom. My only complaint is the RGB effects can't be turned off completely as far as I can tell, which bugs me at night. Otherwise no real complaints.

Right speaker has a faint buzzing noise at higher volumes. Might be a defective unit, and everything else about them is nice, but I shouldn't have to troubleshoot a brand new product. Waiting on a replacement and will update my review if it's better.

Been using these daily for about a month now. No dropouts on Bluetooth, cable quality is fine, and the footprint is small enough for my dorm desk. Bass is a little thin for bass-heavy music but the clarity makes up for it.

I'm 62 and not much of a gamer but wanted better sound than my old TV speakers while watching shows at my computer. These were easy to connect, the remote-free design means no fiddling with tiny buttons, and dialogue is wonderfully clear. The lights I turned way down but they're pretty when the grandkids visit.
